A bit about me

My role as an embedded Talent Partner enables me to support some of the most innovative and exciting tech consultancies in the country – working alongside their internal talent to attract and recruit hard-to-find Development, Data and Engineering talent. 

My background, prior to joining SyncD

I previously worked within the finance recruitment sector, assisting Insurance and InsureTech businesses in recruiting Data Analytics and Technology professionals. 

Why I joined SyncD

I thrive in environments where I can collaborate with clients to help them achieve their hiring objectives. So, when the opportunity came up to transfer my skills and experience into an embedded talent role with SyncD – where I would work alongside internal recruitment and HR teams, I jumped at the opportunity to join the team.

When I am not working

I love arts and crafts, doing anything from making clothing and accessories to digital art. I am also a dab hand at DIY and love any excuse to use some heavy-duty tools.
