A bit about me

With over 20 years of managing recruitment projects across a wide range of sectors, I have worked with a variety of businesses ranging from global consultancies to innovative start-ups. I have also been lucky enough to work across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Denmark and UAE. My role as Talent Partner at SyncD allows me to embed myself directly within ambitious businesses and support them with hiring the best digital talent in the market. 

My expertise

I pride myself on being a personable recruiter – able to identify the important skills and characteristics of a role and attract the best candidate for the positions. I believe my communication style and vast experience assures our clients and partners they are being looked after as an absolute priority.

My background, prior to joining SyncD

I started out as a recruiter aiming to win and develop new business. I have since passed on my knowledge to junior and graduate recruiters by managing teams and leading projects.  

Some example projects include working with a cloud solutions consultancy, digital transformation consultancies, online fashion retailers, computer software manufacturers, private equity investment groups, worldwide data analytics software consultancies, and alternative Investment partners. 

Why I joined SyncD

The SyncD team are made up of a great collective of experienced individuals, all pulling together as a unified group. We all think alike and put people first, providing quality services by doing things efficiently and effectively. 

When I am not working

For the most part, I am a family man with two beautiful daughters. However, I do dabble in music and sports too. I am also a huge Spurs supporter and an avid boxing fan.
