A bit about me.
I have been in the recruitment/talent industry for 9 years now, working across 8 different countries covering 3 continents. I believe in a personalised approach, and my role at SyncD is to attract high calibre professionals across the product & design industry.
My expertise.
Over the last 9 years I have spent 5 of those years focussing on the technology/IT sector, working with a wide range of clients from small start up’s – to global Fortune 500 countries. I pride myself on ensuring everyone who works/speaks with comes away with a positive impression of myself and SyncD. I really like to get to know each client I work with inside and out, so I can truly sell with real genuine passion about the product/role.
My background, prior to joining SyncD.
I am lucky enough to have covered most facets of recruitment, from agency to in house and working in the L&D space. For the last few years, I have been focussing on the Nordic market, working with UX/UI designers & software developers. Prior to recruitment, I specialised in Operational excellence for RBS & worked as a football coach for Southend united & Arsenal.
Why I joined SyncD.
SyncD presented me with a very rare opportunity for me to be part of building something special for the future. I have always wanted to be able to work towards building a special brand, and to work for a company that aligns with my values.
When I am not working.
I am a family man, with 2 young children (boy & a girl) and a huge football fan, luckily for me I happen to support a good team (Liverpool) so I really enjoy watching most games & going to different stadiums round England and Europe.
