A bit about me.
As a Lead Talent Partner at SyncD, I embed myself within digital organisations, using my experience and market knowledge to execute complex hiring plans. I specialise in sourcing world-class talent, shaping new recruitment processes and improving candidate experiences.
I have been immersed in the digital, design and research sector for many years, recruiting various roles from Creative Directors to junior User Researchers and everything in between. I also have experience operating within a range of disciplines across product and engineering.
I pride myself on my candidate-centric approach and my ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders.
My background, prior to joining SyncD.
Prior to recruitment, I spent six years in traditional and digital media, working in TV production, advertising, live music, and video-on-demand.
I then joined Futureheads, where I was giving the chance to recruit for a range of high-profile start-ups, scale-ups, innovation consultancies, non-profits, and global digital brands.
Why I joined SyncD.
As one of the founding members of the SyncD team, I was excited by the opportunity to help build the business from the ground up. I felt aligned with the company’s ethos and values, and I wanted the chance to make an even more significant impact for our clients.
What’s my biggest feel-good moment since joining SyncD.
It’s a series of moments, but it’s been incredible to see the SyncD team, service offering, and brand come together. It’s been exciting to witness this evolution, and it feels great knowing we now have a strong identity and recognised presence in the market.
When I am not working.
I’m a huge fan of live music and love going to gigs and festivals. I’m also a long-suffering Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder, so you’ll often find me crying at the Emirates Stadium.
