A bit about me.
Together with Andrew, I lead the growth of SyncD and work in a multi-faceted capacity – leading client engagements, overseeing recruitment projects and managing a team of embedded Talent Partners.
In the last 10 years, I have worked in various sectors with tech start-ups, scale-ups, agencies, and consultancies, specialising in recruitment for many different roles and professional disciplines.
This experience allows me to leverage my skills in designing high-performing recruitment and talent attraction strategies and delivering commercially effective recruitment programmes for the businesses I work with.
My background, prior to joining SyncD.
I worked in Futureheads’ industry-respected UX recruitment team – progressing from Consultant to Associate Director before transitioning across to support the launch and growth of SyncD as a Client Director.
Why I joined SyncD.
I have a real passion for collaborating with businesses to develop robust recruitment processes and creating effective talent attraction strategies. The opportunity with SyncD enabled me to work closely with our clients to build talent solutions that allow them to achieve growth through their digital transformation projects.
What’s my biggest feel-good moment since joining SyncD.
Witnessing the rapid growth of SyncD and building a team of brilliant, embedded talent specialists to support our clients. This past year has seen our team double in size. With larger teams come more opportunities to share our collective knowledge and experiences with the businesses we partner with.
When I am not working.
I spend as much time as possible with my family and can usually be found renovating our family home. When possible, I also enjoy attending live music events and the occasional football match.
