A bit about me.
Together, Chris and I co-lead SyncD. My role is focused on identifying new partnership opportunities and working closely with digital-focused businesses to build their talent attraction capabilities. Additionally, I also direct several client programmes and lead a team of embedded talent partners.
My varied background across several industries coupled with deep knowledge within engineering, design and product – allows me to bring a unique lens when working with businesses to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions to solve their hiring challenges. Prior to joining SyncD, I spent nine years working within Futureheads’ industry-leading UX recruitment team.

I’ve supported a variety of digital-focussed businesses ranging from building recruitment functions from scratch for scale-ups and SMEs to working with large consultancies to give them the time and headspace to develop long term permanent solutions.
Why I joined SyncD.
Being one of the founders of the business, I am passionate about our partnerships and supporting our client’s plans for growth. Our relationship with Futureheads allows us to offer clients a hybrid recruitment service, while our values and methods consistently give our clients confidence that we can solve all their talent needs.
What’s my biggest feel-good moment since joining SyncD.
Right now, it’s been the launch of SyncD and building an exceptional team of embedded talent specialists to support our growing portfolio of clients. I’m proud of what we have achieved so far and excited to see our offering continue to evolve.
When I am not working.
Being a father to two boys keeps me busy, but in a spare moment, I like to squeeze in a round of golf.
