A bit about me.

I’m a huge advocate for candidate experience and I address the value of methodical communication with all involved in a hiring process. Sometimes it’s the absence of the basics that result in poor service delivery.  

My background, prior to joining SyncD.

I’ve worked on an array of commercial roles during my tenures across in-house recruitment and agency. However, my specialty lies in Digital Design; primarily UX, UI, Research, and Service Design. As a creative at heart, I love consulting candidates on their portfolios and discussing their processes. I try to bring creativity into my role by tailoring job adverts to produce attention-grabbing content, whilst identifying a brand’s tone of voice, and stepping away from using a job description as an advertisement.

Why I joined SyncD.

My specialisation and philosophy around recruitment practices are perfectly aligned with SyncD. The business model has the potential to get the most out of me whilst offering a huge scope for personal growth. The deep industry knowledge shared by everyone who works here is evident, and deep-rooted by the Futureheads brand.

When I am not working.

I like to keep active with regular visits to the gym and weekly Park runs. I’m also a prolific reader and love cooking, with a particular soft spot for Asian cuisine. Music is a slight obsession and I’m always open to any recommendations to listen to.
